Welcome to YourVision 3D landscape design. By accessing our website, requesting digital 3D models, or retaining our firm for landscape architectural design, hardscape construction, commercial sodding, or storm drainage, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Florida Contracting Services
All physical construction, grading, tree mitigation, retaining wall installation, and stormwater engineering services are executed pursuant to written contracts in compliance with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) standards, the Florida Building Code, and municipal guidelines across Osceola, Orange, and surrounding counties.
2. 3D Architectural Visualizations & Intellectual Property
3D virtual reality models, CAD renderings, video walkthroughs, and planting plans produced by YourVision 3D landscape design represent proprietary intellectual property. Unless explicitly transferred in writing upon project completion, design assets may not be reproduced, copied, or provided to third-party contractors without our written authorization.
3. Itemized Estimates & Change Orders
Written proposals specify fixed line items for labor, machinery excavation, material yardage, sod square footage, and plant nursery specifications. Any homeowner-requested alterations to the approved 3D model after physical ground-breaking will be documented via a written Change Order reflecting exact schedule and cost adjustments.
4. Underground Utilities & Sunshine 811
In accordance with Florida law, we notify Sunshine 811 prior to mechanized excavation to locate public underground utility lines. Homeowners are responsible for marking private lines (such as secondary pool pump conduit, detached shed wiring, or invisible dog fences) prior to trenching.
5. Horticulture & Nursery Plant Guarantees
All native and Florida-Friendly plantings provided by our nursery partners meet Florida Department of Agriculture Grade #1 or Florida Fancy standards. We provide comprehensive post-installation watering instructions. Plant survivability warranties apply when automatic irrigation or prescribed drip guidelines are maintained by the property owner.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in Osceola County, Florida.
